A private
18 Hole Championship, Carrick designed golf course, located
on Highway 27, just north of Kleinburg, Ontario, Canada. Construction
of the course started in October 2000 and was ready for play
in the Summer of 2002. Client is Fieldgate Homes and
TACC Construction.
Persimmon
Golf provided overall project and contract management services
for all aspects of the golf course, which included administering
several large contracts. These contracts included earthmoving,
finishing and feature construction, irrigation system,
pumping stations, maintenance building and civil site services.
