As Project Manager, PERSIMMON is given the maximum opportunity
to positively effect the outcome of the Client's project by
providing experience and knowledge at the earliest planning
stages.
The earlier that PERSIMMON is able to influence the major
decisions that shape a project, where the opportunity to do
so is the greatest, the more opportunity there is to optimize
cost and schedule throughout the project. In turn, the further
into the design and ultimately construction that a project
proceeds, the greater the cost of scope or schedule changes.
The goal of our managers is to become an extension of the
Client's development team for the purpose of directing the
project and providing problem-solving solutions through every
step of construction.
